About Group
You Don't Have to Grieve Alone
Grief can leave you with questions you never expected to ask.
Is my grief normal? Why can't I focus or remember things? Will I ever feel better? How long will this last? Is it okay to laugh, feel happy, or even feel relief? How do I continue living when the person who meant so much to me is no longer here?
You may feel exhausted, numb, confused, angry, overwhelmed, or simply lost. You may find yourself crying unexpectedly, struggling to think clearly, questioning your purpose or identity, or wondering why the loss still hurts—even months or years later. Sometimes you may feel as though you should be "over it" by now, while another part of you wonders how you could ever move forward.
A grief support group provides a safe and understanding place to talk about these questions and the many emotions that come with loss.
